Karl J. Krumm, Ph.D. has been consulting with individuals, teams and organizations for 25 years. He started his consulting career during graduate school at Louisiana State University at Baton Rouge working with a consulting team that dealt with intercultural conflict in the community’s diverse interest groups and associations and agencies. During this time he began consulting with private industries throughout the nation in organizational development.
After receiving his Doctorate in 1977, Karl spent three years as a psychologist in the USAF, serving as the Director of Stress Management and working with active duty personnel in San Antonio, Texas. Upon being discharged from the USAF, he remained in Texas and developed a successful consulting practice with offices in San Antonio and Austin.
He has worked in numerous companies and industries including health care, financial services, utilities, professional service firms, manufacturing, high tech, and nonprofit associations. He is a contributing author to Earl Maxwell’s book, Service, Prosperity and Prosperity. Karl has been instrumental in many change programs, implementing organizational and work redesigns, formulating strategic planning and conducting executive coaching sessions.
