Christi Day is an online Spokesperson and Emerging Media Specialist for Southwest Airlines, a corporate culture that has embraced social media tools as a means of communication in business, customer relations and promotions. She consistently works to keep Southwest Airlines preeminent in the new media world and has been the author of several successful story placements creating positive buzz for Southwest Airlines.

Bob Pearson

Vice-President of Communications and Conversations at Dell, Bob Pearson has been a major agent of change in gaining acceptance and support for social media to flourish in his corporate environment. Dell has transformed their corporate culture to the point that social media is now part of everyday operations. As a member of Dell’s Communications team, he is responsible for digital media activities, ranging from customer resolution to management of IdeaStorm, Direct2Dell, StudioDell and other digital initiatives.
